Governance
The purpose of the Board is to direct DROP’s affairs. The Governance Structure of DROP consists of a Board of Directors, Management Committee and various sub-committees who decide upon the policy of the Organisation and the direction it may take. The day to day management of the organisation is delegated to the manager and her team. The officers provide reports which inform the decisions of the Board and Management Committee. The Board and Management Committee regularly review progress on the Strategic Plan.
