The purpose of the Board is to direct DROP's affairs. The Board decide upon the policy of the Organisation and the direction it may take. The day to day management of the Association is delegated to the manager and her team. The officers provide reports which inform the decisions of the Board. The Board regularly reviews progress on the strategic plan.
